With your permission, APD’s technical support team can connect directly to your computer to provide you with remote assistance on our products.
To do this, first, telephone our support team from the number on the Contact Us page. You can then request remote technical support explaining which product you need assistance with. Then, when prompted, click the appropriate link below:
After clicking the appropriate link and downloading the zip file, you will need to run the file and accept the license agreement. This will present you with the ‘APD technical support’ panel. Then, you simply tell APD’s technical support team the ID number and Password number from that panel.
