With your permission, our apd technical support team can connect directly to your computer to assist you with our products.

To do this, first telephone our support team from the number on the Contact Us page, and then request remote technical support explaining which product you need assistance with. When prompted, click the button below:

When you have clicked the link above, you will need to click RUN and the RUN again. This will present you with the "apd technical support" panel, you simply tell the apd technical support team the ID number and Password number from that panel.
